Postage
Everything ships from our warehouse in South Korea. Postage is charged on the weight of the parcel and where it is going, so a single student book costs a fraction of a teacher’s full set. Your exact postage is shown in the basket before you pay.

Bulk and school orders
Parcels over 20 kg ship by freight, which is cheaper per kilo than parcel post but has to be quoted per shipment. That covers the larger teacher’s sets and most whole-school orders. See the schools page for bulk rates, invoices and purchase orders.
Import duty and VAT
Books are dispatched from our warehouse in South Korea. Orders delivered outside South Korea may be subject to import duty, VAT or a handling fee charged by your local customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by your country, are not included in the price shown here, and are payable by the recipient.
Many countries zero-rate educational books for import. We can supply a customs invoice describing the shipment as educational material if that helps your school clear it.
Returns
If a book arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email luxperpetuapublishers@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo and your receipt, and we will replace it or refund you in full. Return postage on a damaged book is on us.
Changed your mind? Send the books back unused and undamaged within 30 days and we will refund the price of the books. Return postage in that case is yours to cover.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure page and are never seen or stored by this site.
